RIDING TIPS

Easy Stand-Up: Before standing up your bike, turn the front tire to the far right. Then place you right hand on the brake and press. Hold this and place your left hand on your tank and push to the right. The bike should easily stand up.

Left, Right, or Middle of the Lane:  It is recommended that you do not ride in the middle or center of a lane. That is where auto, truck, and other fluids are generally dropped, causing a potentially slick spot.

Trucks and 300 PSI: It is highly recommended that you pass over-the-road/18 wheel trucks as quickly as possible. A blown tire exerts over 300 pounds of PSI which can easily blow a rider off of their bike.

SAFETY TIPS

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: The averge person, without exercising or riding their bike, should take their total weight and divide it in half. That is the number of ounces of water you should drink each day...even before exercising or riding.
