Chapter Get-Together November 2023 and Officer Elections

NOTE NEW TIME - Dinner 5:45pm.  Meeting starts at 6:30pm

This meeting will be where we elect our Chapter Officers for open Board positions.

Dinner will be served from approximately 5:45pm until the start of the meeting, which begins promptly at 6:30pm.  Arrive early and hang out with your friends and meet some new ones!  Then grab some dinner and check out all of the new bikes, motorclothes, and parts & accessories in the dealership!  While there is no charge for the meal, we will have the Pink Piggy Bank out for free-will donations to support our activities.

 

Chapter Officer Elections:

The following Chapter Officer positions are open for nominations to serve the 2024-2026 calendar years. Current position holders may choose to re-run, to be nominated for another position on the Board, or to leave the Board. Please reach out to those who hold these positions for more information on the role.

 
Current Officer positions up for election to serve the 2024-2026 calendar years are:

  • Assistant Director
  • Treasurer

Current Officer positions that are Mid Term and we are looking for someone to fill the position for the remaining year (2024) are:

  • Secretary
  • Activities Officer

Our Chapter Officers are volunteers. They are elected by the membership and serve a term of two years. The Officers are active Chapter members and make decisions on behalf of the membership to ensure that all members receive the maximum enjoyment of their membership.

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.
